My daughters (ages 5 & 9) recently tried a Tae Kwon Do (Korean Karate) class at Spicar's Martial Arts and LOVED it! I got a chance to speak with Adam Spicar and his business partner Ms. Stolkova. They are a couple from the Czech Republic who are just amazing! Their program is the best I've seen. My daughter and I took Tae Kwon Do in California and loved it - but this studio is even better! Positive, structured and CLEAN - instilling values such as Confidence, Respect, Discipline and Fitness!! They have programs for adults too which I'm going to try also. I was so impressed with the quality of programs and people at Spicar's. I had to share my excitement with other mommies!

p.s. My girls LOVE soccer and are registered in that sport right now. We have a family policy of one sport at a time so we told them they'd have to wait until soccer season is over. They begged us to drop soccer! I was amazed! We are waiting until soccer season is over because we want to keep our commitments - but that tells you how much they liked Spicar's Martial Arts!
